Djibouti's Language

Djibouti, just like some other countries, is also a multilingual country. They have two official languages which is Arabic, often used by Afro-Asiatics, also used in 59,000 local residents, and French, which is used by Indo-Europeans, they speak it as their first language. Aside from the official languages, they also have their mother tongues: Somali, with 524,000 speakers, majority of the population speaks this, and Afar, with 360,000 speakers.
